 heir climate action plans. In response the partners of the BUILD UPON2 pro
 ject - the European Green Building Council network\, Buildings Performance
  Institute Europe and Climate Alliance - are convening 150 senior private 
 and public sector leaders from across Europe at an inspiring and practical
  summit on 3-4 December. We want to demonstrate that Europe has the will a
 nd solutions to lead the world towards delivering net zero carbon building
