The Iraq Impasse | Public Lecture with Sofia Barbarani

ROMA - The Euro-Gulf Information Centre is pleased to invite you to the debate“The Iraq Impasse” to be held on Wednesday, 29 January 2020, from 17:00h until 19:00h at Via Gregoriana 12, Rome, with the Journalist Sofia Barbarani and moderated by Mitchell Belfer, EGIC President.

Iraq has been shaken in recent months by a very fragile internal cohesion and by the the external factor and its territory has been the confrontation between Iran and the US rivalry.

The discussion will examine the consequences of the recent crises in Iraq with the precious help of Sofia Barbarani, a free lance journalist who spent 3 years in Iraq and Syria.
